The Mend Is Worth It

If you get met where you are, then your journey can continue.

Don’t be afraid of where you truly are in every sense that you stay so stuck in things that don’t want to actually be stuck to+on you for that long. Feel free to read that 10 more times beloved.

Don’t invalidate the medicine that meets you to move you.

Don’t assume the good/bad of the medicine that shows up. Stick around to see the truth of it. Chances are high in the fact that it will offend you at first. Here’s why…the wounded in you is feral due to the amount of time you’ve been in survival. Your reflexes are fast to bite, growl or run. The right medicine isn’t afraid of all of that. The right medicine isn’t afraid of what is behind that. The right medicine isn’t afraid of you. All of you. That is the truth that you will get to see and eat of and ultimately be restored by.

Now you see beloved, it’s about being able to not abandon yourself when you are seen for all you see and know in yourself that you rather hide. Deep down you don’t want it to stay hidden, you actually want it loved, well and at ease. The right medicine knows that.

The road isn’t easy, but it is true all the way through. The mend is worth it. I offer guideship and deep restorative work through everything that keeps stuck the trauma and ache in this life. To Rest In Self Divinity

Choosing the self.

I cannot write enough about this. I’ve heard hundreds of reasons and stories as to how a deep healing journey makes one feel selfish, vain, afraid, angry, attention seeking and worried that so many will not be taken care like they’re used to by that person. Too much at stake to lose etc.

It’s the ache I’m talking to when I listen and respond to in empathy and solidarity. Why? Because I’ve spoken out of ache and trauma myself and I don’t cower and react.

It’s the truth I hear in spirit though and speak into you as I begin to unfold the spirit in which that ache spoke through you. You’re worth seeing for where you truly are. But you also carry your true divine spirit and I see and listen there as well. So I tell you the truth.

It’s every wound and trauma and effect of it that has been speaking and acting and living through you, claiming to be you since those things happened. It’s bypassed your consciousness and it’s landed you as a stranger to the truth of how divine you are in true self.

Understand that thinking and believing and feeling leads to living, speaking and choosing what’s running that internal life. On top of that, the ones you live life with in all capacities are receiving from you what you most live out of.

The haunt and war and then the reasons inside of you that deem it selfish is worth the shift in strategy. Taking the time to choose the self and really heal, transform and return to spirit and divinity is not selfish. When you realize what’s truly been “living” and surviving and teaching others about you may not add up to the deep stirrings you know you know about how much you desire rest in self and divinity. That rest affords self love that then radiates purely to others.

I offer this medicine because it clears the sources that have caused this level of self dismissal. Because the love you are and the love you’re worth knowing is asking to be known. And the trust from creator in you to live in such a powerful way is real. My offerings are always open to you and for you.

The Call

Stand in your own medicine.
Call on the source of that medicine and listen to receive more of what you need first.
The days we are in now and the ones ahead need the power of this devotion.

The call is to deep rooting, the truth of Source coursing through us with an ever open invitation to be the fullness of infinite Love.

The call is to be the walking oracle and essence of the divine that you come from and the divine that you actually are.

You’re here to shake and wake the others and that is best done in truth. Truth comes from grounding into who you are.

Who you truly are should never be clouded by the you that is unsatisfactory to you. There’s a remedy for that. There is always a remedy for that.

A seeing eye that looks at you with love so deep and causes your shadows to emerge safe and sound. Holy hands to hold those shadows and guide them out in tact so they fully transmute…so you fully find transformation. Then the freedom to live confidently in your power with fire in those eyes.

This is the medicine of my heart. The guideship and mentorship I offer is one that calls you into the power of who you are in your divinity. I’m not one to leave a stone unturned. You’re too necessary and powerful. And I love you. You’re always welcome to reach out through DM to connect.

The Truth

Free will + Process

Just because the clarity came to you doesn’t ever mean you are holding that truth and in oneness with it.

It means you are seen, loved and believed in and heard. That will always be true of the Divine.

The clarity that comes feels so good and is so relieving, but until you receive it by choice and let it initially wash you and start the journey of its full truth in you…you will only have a fleeting memory and you will probably reduce it to calling it a little Day dream. That’s the tragedy.

When truth comes, it is an invitation and invocation. But it is not in the energy of control. It did not come to force itself inside you for you to magically be the fullness of it without your permission, your heart and your time. The beauty of truth and being founded on it is that it is ever evolving and honoring to who you are.

It reveals itself first, you receive it.
It washes the previous lens you were seeing in and renews your vision more and more according to the degree that your heart lets it be so. Trust is yours to wield as you gather more and more renewal. The Divine will always meet you.

Anything short of this is bypassing. If it doesn’t hold honor, time, kindness, honesty, love and consistency then it can’t be called divinity, identity and embodiment. The journey will show this truth time and time again. 🤍

The Dark Night

The Sun does always rise.
It’s hard to realize that in the midst of a dark night of the soul.
But the sun does rise.
Even if you cannot feel its warmth, it’s there.
Even if you cannot connect to its light, it’s there.

If you are that immersed in a dark night, shadow work, deep retreat and experiencing all the lonely and lost feeling things that come along with that sacred journey…

DO NOT BYPASS the discomfort. Spend the time to feel it and notice what it is you’re feeling, feeling like, and let yourself be seen by you.
Ask to be held close by the ones with the right medicine and staying power in your life and keep going.

Pray for warmth and life to rise in its perfect timing. Store the ounces of light that do become clear along the way because those are going to turn into a fire in your bones.

Only if you stay WITH it, with yourself. Avoidance is poison. Overconsumption of things that dull the heart, the consciousness and the truth of what is necessary is poison.
You are worth your own staying power.

Where are you avoiding that extra 5 minutes of attention?
Where are you not speaking the hard things that need to be acknowledged?
What is longing for warmth the most?
Will you stay with yourself in loving awareness while gathering the seeds of light?

Those seeds of light mean so much in the dark and shadow. Rest deep in between all those moments.

To Center

Coming back to center is so holy.
Let me tell you why.
The thing that unnerved you about yourself led you to the proper crumbling of what really needed to fall off of you. Then you became righteously fanatical with the new wide eyed truth of what it exposed. Your heart is thumping away with new truth and elevated emotion leading the charge. Necessary.

Then that emotion gets real wild and feral and you freak yourself out but you also kinda really like it. Necessary.

Then you’re a bit spun out and long for anchoring and rooting so wisdom has a home but you’re not quite sure if that means you’ll lose your fire. But you also know that this isn’t home but you’re close. You need peace in this wild. You reach in for trust (who’s graciously taken a back seat so you can grow your path) and find it. You choose it and she leads you home.

To Center. It’s not the same center that you now know you outgrew.
NECESSARY.

What Areas Am I Not Mattering Enough To Myself

Can you withstand the noise
Of the ego to follow the peace of the soul?
It is not easy for all of your insides wanting to kick and scream. I know that noise real well.
But for the parts Inside you that are still and not spooked or triggered, those are the ones to look for and anchor to through the stormy swells of the ego and fearful and anxious mind.
What you are actually doing when this is occurring is fortifying your peace and expanding it’s energy to parts of you that are occupied by lack. That lack could be anything. Lack of love, lack of nurture, lack of courage etc.
Your choice to anchor in to the true life force of peace and power becomes the mind that governs the whole of you and dictates the highest of what you are really deserving of. And then guess what, your life reflects it.
Take these words from a million of my experiences through so many a noisy fight, identify with them (as I know you already have) and choose to matter to yourself more than you ever have.

Wild Initiation

The collapse of a structure you felt so safe in is such a wild initiation. There you were feeling held, and strong. Seen the perfect amount, heard enough to feel validated and carrying a seemingly healthy sense of identity. Trying not to be too invincible even though you’re founded on freedom. It collapses for a number of reasons and those reasons easily stop mattering because “am I at a loss or lost?” Sets in in a deafening way.
Now what about a collapse you have to cause…one that you feel triumphant in because you’re following the call to BE at all costs. The one that resembles the truest love you were made for. The one that your bones came together for. The shattering dilemma of feeling like you caught on too late because another structure was in place.
And now the weighing of those scales wondering if balance is actually a curse word.
Today it is, tomorrow you’ll sweat and toil to keep it a truth to fight for and on and on and on.
The defeat is up to you. The defeat that really is called surrender.
What now? Both these initiations have all the remedy available my dear friends.
Ingredients of shock, surrender, unraveling, death, first light, support and love of the ones who remain.
Breath and connection to the truth that actually is worth it. The reward of a powerful rebirth and creation of YOU. The courage grows stronger along the way. The voice you carry speaks louder along the way. The heart sits prouder along the way. The minds coherence grows more joyful along the way. And you are not afraid.

You’re Still Safe

I want to speak to the areas Inside you that are in the fetal position, and looking away for fear of being seen. I love you.
What got you here was in no way, shape, or form authored by Divine Love.
I see you still breathing.
I’m grateful your heart is still pumping.
It’s okay to unfurl in the presence of love and safety.
It’s okay to open your eyes second or third.
Here’s some water.
Go ahead and look around.
You’re still safe.
So deepen your breath now.
This is your story to tell when you’re ready.

Never Apologize

NEVER APOLOGIZE for who you know you are in the very moment that you are being the clearest you.

I’ve been up since 4:15 am allowing faces to come before me, their feelings to come before me, the current truth of their lives to come before me. Not for nothing. I weigh those things up against my own peace and clarity and before I pray and channel and move things around in the spirit to be of true help, I ground deep.

I can be of best service if I’m most honest with myself. It keeps me full of love and far from ill judgement.

It Keeps me out of the way if you will, but preserves me at the same time.

The worry is real in the world, the anxiety is high, the sadness of what is happening deep in souls beyond this virus is still true and heavy and needs to be tended to.

The babies have to get fed in the midst of this, necessities are still important and the songs have to be sung still and so on.

So in true eagle spirit, I understand the ground and earth I walk on, I take flight in peace with focus and hunt on my mind as I soar above to see exactly how to prevail. And I do. 

I have been doing that on behalf of so many people and situations lately and I believe wholeheartedly that these lives will be better for what is now in their atmosphere beyond what is seen. Keep the prayers ever up.
