If you’re not the lead of setting this precedent internally, then every external thing will be.
You’ll continue feeling unseen, unheard and your heart will keep breaking. Your mind will keep governing the loop that keeps your body at the mercy of your current energetic state. Then your soul just sits there half alive waiting for its vessel to be ignited in the truth it was meant for. Keep choosing yourself in the ways that ring most true. First to go will be the ones and things that have been keeping you falsely afloat. Understand that this is the hardest part. You will feel like you’re drowning and dying so hang tight to the truth of why this is necessary. Surrender, mourn and remind all the fighting parts that what’s been familiar and safe is what was actually killing you.
Keep going. All the things inside you that have been wanting to be fully alive and actualized are the things that will begin to come into focus. You’ll notice them light up the unknown and wake you up to you.
You’ll begin to think, talk and live from this place and you’ll be met with the honoring ones and things that you’re worth. Your yes’ and no’s will be on your terms and your sight and soul all the more clear.

WHAT IN THE HOLY GOOD NEWS IS THIS?! The truth. Your divinity cannot be destroyed. It can be forsaken, tossed aside, ignored, dabbled with, believed in a little, hidden by trauma and lies. So that means that it can be uncovered, recovered, retrieved and reclaimed. It is yours always, assigned to you because you’re worthy of it. All of it. The radiance, the joy, the wisdom, the love, the power and the essence of it in the whole of your beautiful life.
The things that have held you back from the full presence of it being your life force can be released, healed, shifted, removed and spoken the truth to. ALWAYS.
Hands up now, voice ready, heart open: MY DIVINITY IS INDESTRUCTIBLE. Say it over and over and over until something stirs. It will.

I want to see you rise. Because I know that you can.
Will you have to do it from ashes? Probably.
Let me talk about the ashes…they have to be welcomed. And by welcomed I mean you have to agree to the fire. You have to trust the fire and the wisdom it has to scorch what has been actively hurting you for too long. And you know deep down exactly what hurts, what trips you up more than you’d like to admit. We all have that knowing about ourselves. But what we don’t often discover let alone live blissfully from is the clarity, light and soaring that comes from a life that says yes to whatever it takes to be free.
The journey of that nature requires a heavy love. A strong understanding of what every inch looks like to walk through and rise to and soar from. I’m here to support that. And I do it from a guiding spirit. A heart that looks at you with a belief so strong in your ability to truly fucking triumph.
I’m not here to share your very pain and heal you without any of your effort. I’m here to show you the way as YOU take it for yourself, learn how to carry your divinity and be fearless enough to never dodge the hard things in this life and in you that come up to ask for deliverance and rest. I see you, I honor you and I can bring the very light that you need to take on for yourself and carry brightly through this life you are made for. I love you
